This is my recipe for a simple salmon cake. For the Cake: 1 can of good quality salmon (drained) 1 egg 3 tbs of Bread crumbs for the cake 1/2 cup of Bread crumbs for coating 2 small cloves of fresh pressed garlic Zest from a whole lemon 3 tbs of fresh dill 2 tbs of green onion Salt and pepper to taste For Lemon Dill Sauce: 5 tbs of fresh dill the zest of a whole lemon 2 tbs of Yogurt or Mayo/miracle whip the juice of a lemon 2 tbs of olive oil Salt and Pepper to taste
